I forgot how to use the laser after training

Steps to run the laser
1)Turn on the laser
2)Load the material, either roll the material underneath on a cart or place it on the honeycomb cutting table for the Z table.
3)Use the laser touchpad and position the carriage over top of the material and begin focusing the machine to the piece. Focusing the laser to the material is always done whenever material thickness changes or if you know that your floor surface may not be level and/or you have positioned the piece in a different location.
4)Close the upper door to the laser.
5)Have the computer on and Laser Cut software open go to File – Import locate your job and then hit Open.
6)Look to the upper right part of Laser Cut and set your Mode (drop down arrow) to either Cut (for vector files) or Engrave (for raster files such as bitmap images).
7)Set your Knife origin (where you want the laser to start). That’s located on the upper right side of the toolbar. You have 9 possible positions when that window opens, but the laser will always laser from the bottom up.
8)Double left click on either the small color bar or either Speed or Power column and adjust your power, speed and scan gap (if doing a raster image such as a bitmap).
9)Scroll down the page in Laser Cut to where you see Download and click on it. A file manager window will pop up select the file in there and look for Del All. Then Download Current. Once that process is done you can close that window.
10)Go to the touch pad for the laser and position the carriage to what you set the knife origin to.
ie: lower left corner, machine positioned on material lower left corner. Touch Test and the machine will move around the area to be marked in a square pattern. If satisfied with the position of the area to be marked then you’re finished.
11)Touch Start for the laser machine to start running the laser job.
