We have had reports of some LaserCut error messages.
If you receive this error:
"Laser Print Driver Module has stopped working."
Cause: the speed is set too fast for the machine.
Fix: If running the English measurement version, the speed must NOT be set above 39".
If running the metric version, the speed must NOT be set above 990mm.
Make sure that if you were previously using metric settings and have changed to English you reset the speed settings. For example, if you were running in metric units and had the speed set at 100mm, once you are switch to English, the machine would read it as 100" (INCHES), not mm.

If you receive this error:
"Paused press start to begin"
Cause: one of the doors is most likely not closed properly.
Fix: Make sure all doors are securely closed. You may also want to check the limit switch located on the rail on the right side of the top door of the machine. There are two wires there. One wire should be slid on the top blade and the other on the bottom. The same is true on the back door of the laser, except it is located on the upper right rail of the door as you face the back of the machine.
As of now, those are the most common error messages we are seeing and hearing about. Feel free to post any error messages you may have come across, as well as your fix for the error.
